Personality:
- Dedicated : Tracer will never back down from something he's set his mind to. However, he will sometimes ignore others as well as his own needs in order to reach perfection in whatever his current fascination is.
- Studious : Tracer is very intelligent and has put in the work to get there.
- Unaware : He tends to miss the most obvious things if they aren't directly important to him, his surroundings included.
- Caring : Though there are few Tracer really trusts, he is more than ready to put his life on the line for them and would do anything for them.
- Stubborn : It's hard to convince Tracer he's wrong. There's no telling him his theories are false unless he's proven them false himself, and his set of morals, though imperfect, are nearly impossible to push aside.
- Paranoid : Slow to trust, slow to forgive. Tracer chooses his friends wisely, even if that means choosing enemies before they're even aware of him.

Bio:
- Tracer is a strange fusion between shedinja and luxio, bred in a lab attempting to pin shedinja's ability and technique onto a more powerful pokemon. Needless to say, it didn't work as planned, and the pokemon that came out of it was somewhat sickly and unable to learn many moves. The lab is still out there, but Tracer left. He does not have many feelings towards the whole experience, preferring to live looking forward.
- Tracer joined Rocket Hideout mostly looking for a home and purpose. He saw it as an easy way to get what he wanted and needed, and figured his existance in itself was enough of a risk that becoming a member wasn't going to make a difference. Anyhow, so long as he's not stealing from sickly or poor families, it seems more than fair to him.
- Tracer currently spends much of his free time studying TMs. He doesn't keep it a secret that he's unhappy with his moveset, but seems unable to learn any of his luxio half's moves at this time.
- Despite being in not the greatest health, and lacking a powerful moveset, Tracer is very intelligent and a skilled inventor able to get by using technique and a general willingness to take advantage of anyone he feels like didn't earn what they have.

- Scratch : His first move, and the only one he had back at the lab.
- Thief : A fitting move considering his new path!

- White Bandanna : A personal item from the lab. There's a logo on it, but the fabric is folded so it's no longer visible.

Relationships:
Cro : Cro is bothersome and distracting, in Tracer's mind. However, he doesn't actively avoid her.
Ebereth : William sees he has some in common with her, but doesn't trust her much.
