the speech bubbles and the butterflies are yes...they should be in the place i told you...there is an arrow as well that makes a drop down list appear then you can upload a few more shapes...it probably depends on what version you have as well!

urm on this particular one the face alone was probably only about 15 layers...the rest was probably about another 30 so not too many...
I've done pieces that have been over 200 layers @_@

I just use the polygonal line tool and ALOT of patience...
my friend was round and i showed him how i did this kind of work and he said that he could never be bothered to do anything like my work...haha it does take a while sometimes but hey..
After ive used the polygonal i just fill it in with a colour and brush.

yer everyone uses pen tool - and that's how you're supposed to do vectors...and people usually do them in illustrator yet i do mine in photoshop...somethings telling me Im doing it the hard way? haha
