This is my entry for THE ANNUAL BATTLE FRONTIER round 1.it's late but sending anyway. Thx god for extension...
I tried to draw him like me, but maybe looks too
young for that age. I did adjustment but it could be
little younger....
There no good reason why I made him as a member
of team Rocket. I just thought it will be fun
I've just noticed that I shouldn't change the level of
pokemon, noooooooooo. I made them like they are in
the actual game I have. Well, It was the first time to
enter a contest for me so it was great experience
anyway.

XD Yeah Celadon is pretty nifty, I too chose it since it was a big city and since Kaori grew up with a decent income, but spoiled, Celadon seemed the perfect place, along with its forests >3. It just also got me how he's also only one year younger, a rocket, and grew up right down the street. Definitely some fanart in the making XDD

Japanese version so that I often get confused about
pokemon's name and attacks...they are tooo different.
