Description
This took a bit of time to put together. I spent most of the time modeling the ladybug as well as texturing the scene.edit: i moved the category. though it's wallpaper sized, i felt it didn't really work as a wallpaper and is more appropriate for the 3d category.

Everything is amazingly detailed, it really looks like a photograph.

thanks! i used cinema 4d for the modeling and compositing, then photoshop to add various effects after. (mostly for lighting/shadowing)

I've been trying hard to get a lady bug and I just never could get the camera to work the way I wanted to. Then by the time I thought I'd figured it out, the lady bugs were all gone... *shrug*

this is a very incredible piece and you definately earned the daily deviation. you work really hard on all of your images and this one is no different. it's very excellent and it looks like you took the image instead of created it. i'm very proud of you and i'm glad others have recognized your talent
