Description
For those of us that store our Steam games (or at least some of them) in folders outside of the standard Steam installation folder.Icon sizes: 16, 20, 24, 32, 40, 48, 64, 256

This is really nice! Only thing that bothers me (slightly) is that the smallest version of this (8?) seems to be the Steam logo itself.

The use of the Steam logo for the 16x16 icon was an intentional decision, based on how Windows 10 folder icons are designed (except the "C:\Windows\Fonts" folder icon).
If you open Explorer and navigate to your user folder (or just type in %USERPROFILE%), and change the layout to "Small icons", "List" or "Details", you should see what I mean.
The Steam drive icon behaves slightly differently, as drive icons always show a drive when viewed at 16x16.
