Why not. All you needed to do is ask around and find help. : ) Ok, so before I tell you how, what device are you gonna use? Tablet? Computer? Weather you're using a tablet, or a computer, I need to know if it's Android or Apple.

Ok, good. I don't have a windows computer, so obvoiusly I can't animate on it. I animate on a Samsung tablet. Anyway, since I don't animate on a computer, I can't really recommend any programs, but I'll do my best. Ok, so the first one Ima tell you about is Blender 3D. Blender is a REALLY FRIKKIN complicated 3D animating program. It's available on both Windows and Apple. If you really wanna learn Blender, search a channel called Blender Guru, and watch his beginner tutorials. They're really helpful. The other one is Pencil. I don't know anything about this program other than that it's a drawing based and that you need a drawing tablet to use it effectively, but from what I've seen in the screenshots, it's a pretty good program. The other ones are ToonBoom and OpenToonz (also drawing programs). I know nothing about these two, so get them if you want. If you don't have a drawing tablet and you don't wanna draw with a mouse, I recommend Pivot Animator. I've never used it, but I'm currently using Stick Nodes which is heavily based on Pivot.
