Oh, well, usually I take the original pixel Sans, and with a picture of the AU version with me, I just kinda... put pixels on top of the original pixel Sans until it looks like the AU one? ^^'
I don't really know how to explain it, I've never really thought about it. But you're welcome to try whatever you want, you might even find a technique that's more useful than mine XD

Really my problem is how to make the dots even and big like the original
cuz i use megibang and the dot tool only goes to 3 which means its hard to make BIG blocks unless you in IDK 20X20 50X50

Uh, well, I never used that software, so I can't say for sure, but, usually there's a way to save a picture in a bigger size than it's original, no? So you could still do it smaller, and then once saved, it'd be bigger.

Yeah you can, well, I mean, if you have something already on your page, you can use the rectangle selection tool to copy the section, then ctrl+c (or cmd+c on mac) to copy it and ctrl+v (cmd+v) to paste it.
If you want to take a picture from the exterior and put it in it, you can import the file you want. Though, I can't garanty the quality of the picture you'll get.

Well, then I suggest you listen or read some tutorials. That might help you a lot. I'm sure with a bit of explaining, you can do something pretty good. ^^

Well, the other solution is: just redraw the pixels by yourself instead of copying them? I try not to use anything from the exterior myself.
