In English: Yes, i did this drawing, to the honor of the late mangaka, Yoshito Usui, Because Shin Chan, is one of my favorite anime, and I see it since I was a child, despite the jokes, I was happy in my sad moments, unfortunately in my country they took it off the television in 2008, because they considered it Bad for children, even so I wanted to do this drawing for that, besides that is the first time I use shaders and effects for drawing, I complicate myself a little, but I hope you enjoy it!

En Español: Si, yo hice este dibujo, a honor del fallecido mangaka, Yoshito Usui, porque Shin Chan, es uno de mis animes favoritos, y lo veo desde que era un niño, a pesar de los chistes, me alegraba en mis momentos tristes, lamentablemente en mi pais lo sacaron de la television en el año 2008, porque lo consideraban malo para los niños, aun asi quise hacer este dibujo por eso, ademas de que es la primera vez que uso shaders y efectos para el dibujo, se me complico un poco, pero ojala lo disfruten!
