This is a Sea Horse
as mythology says, if this creature sees someone drowning, the sea horse will save that person instantly. They are very nice, isn't it?

This could also count as some kind of Kelpie, right ?
Well, it sure looks cool and is definetely among the best entries.
The colors work well, the composition is good and the bubble add a fancy level of detail to it.

Nope, a Kelpie and a Sea Horse are opposites XDDD
Kelpie waits for people in lakes and swamps, and when it's able, it sinks them and kills them XD so Kelpie is "bad".
Sea horse is the opposite, if it sees someone sinking, it will save that people~ X3 so Sea Horse is "good".

Nice entry, but you should reread the contest rules. It says, that you are supposed to only use ONE colour template. Also better disable the CC-License for this contest entry. DeviantART won't want to allow other people to use this work under a CC-License in case you win.

There is only ONE colour template, and is the blue one. The other picture with the circles is only that, the circles. About the CC you are right :3 thanks
