I really like this one...& I'm not entirely sure why. I have a general idea, but not a solid one. The more I look at the shot, the more it feels like there's this...haze...between the picture & the real world. Like, this shot exists in one world & we exist in another. The fact that a catherdral is the ending point of this shot makes the haze even cooler, & the black & white only adds to it.

You're right I deliberately tried to convey a dreamy quality with less visible detail so the eye Is focused on the silhouette of the church reaching to the light
