Piter: A Harkonnen has no love for nature when she plants a forest where a factory could be, eh?

Vladimir: I wasn’t talking to you.

Piter: I shall inform the other project leads that our operations must not impede nature, moving forward; which comes directly from you on moral grounds.

Vladimir: Don’t you DARE.

Piter: I’m going to have your parking space excavated, and I’m going to plant a tree there.

Vladimir: I would quite literally kill you.
