I love this one.
The edge around the birds seems a little rough. Did you use the threshold command to blow out the sky? That can do that sometimes.
I like to use layers of with selective color, curves and edit for a section of the photo and mask out what I didn't want to be affected.
I'm really interested to know.

i used only contrast..i am not an expert in photoshop..but i am trying simple tricks..
