The model is the basic Victoria 8, didn't feel like she'd need much change seeing as... well her foot is right up in your face!

Thanks! Little bit of toe movement went a long way. I have to add, playing with those toes to get the best pose was not a bad job~

It isn’t no. To my belief Genesis 2 is getting pretty dated as well. Took quite a while to render this one though, Genesis 8 isn’t the smallest of models (no pun intended). Majority of my renders are with Genesis 3.

My problem with all of genesis after g2f is they lack polygons on important spots.
i have been trying to make my cathy on several other bases ( genesis old, g2f, g3f ) and none of them can display cathys face, nitpples ect.
the nipples "could" be done with displacement maps but the its not really there and that gets problematic with my posing/rendering method
More importantly the lips, chin, eyes and especially nose lack polygons to make her "bump" and other details
i understand they reduced polygons to make the model compatible for game engines and all that but i wish they add a new version for us g2f users who want the details oO
anyway, your render is awesome, i am not good enough to make nice normal maps for g2f.. maybe i lack the tools or whatever , i edited the textures to a big extend, the onyl thing i can't get to edit or to produce myself are normal maps.
whenever i try, i have no clue where the seam lines are or how to make it look smooth XD
the day someone shows me they can reproduce my cathy 1:1 with a newer model i will do almost anything for them to help me XD

I actually don't have the experience to help you with this. I do custom characters as well, or recreate people in Daz, but to do so I pick a model that has a bit of the basic shape of the face, as well as skin-tone and naughty parts I'd like them to have. Then I begin adjusting slider by slider of the plug-in to make them look like the person I'm creating.
I still use Genesis 3 for these models, mainly cause I have much more items and models of them. Genesis 8 is really pretty, but she's still being developed and rendering her can be quite a long sit.

I see, well its seems i have to stick with g2f then hehe.
In general i don't have to much of a problem with it, its just kinda hurts sometimes when i see there are textures i could use on her to make her look even more realistic.
But in general i take my OC over realism when i have to choose.
I have this specific image in my head, and that is what g2f can display most accurately.
I really don't understand why they had to make the newer versions of genesis so limited.
I don't know if you remember but genesis ( only genesis ) was awesome it could be any gender.. then they separated it... and g2f had better bending but only 1 gender.
Well yeah its sells better if you can sel 2 products ...lol

Exactly that and for any type of morph on the later genesis types (I've so far only used Genesis 3 and 8) You need to get additional plug-ins if you wish to really put some detail or morphs in there. The basic model is very limited with it's customization, until you buy that extra pack, or packs. I guess there's always a way to make more money.

yeah, but even then i need to make more morphs myself XD
they make the feet always ugly shaped which is why i made 8 different shapes myself XD
