Being a mermaid was a childhood fantasy. This mysterious siren in murky waters is lost in thought. It is a lonely existence, so she embraces herself for comfort.

I used a photo of a small resin sculpture of a water dragon and self portrait from above. Use textures, light ray and other layers to enhance and combine the images to look as seamless as possible.
