Seriously, I've never been happier to be right. The finale ended happily, just like the opening song promised. I also hoped that Raven and Yang could talk things out, although I didn't think it was very likely. I suppose there's hope for Raven after all. Then again, sparing your daughter's life just so she can paint a huge target on her back while you run away is not exactly an act of kindness. At least Raven said she was sorry, but that's not nearly good enough. Let's see if she can earn Tai's forgiveness and help, IF that's even the reason why she flew to him.
It sucks that the bad guys got away, though. I mean, I didn't expect them all to get caught, but I'm especially disappointed that Adam escaped so easily. Blake didn't even try to go after him, and what happened to all those police and Huntsmen who were supposedly on their way? Oh well. I hope Ilia was right and Adam is now truly alone. I doubt Salem has any reason to help him anymore, and he might not even want her help after Hazel and the others failed him.
Also, as far as we know, Cinder is still dead, so... I'd say that this volume was a success! Never mind all the cliffhangers and fight-teasing. They can work on those things in the next volume, and as usual, I'll probably rewatch the whole series by then.

It's been a little bit since I've done silly.
You can see why I couldn't comment earlier, you totally called it! And that mother-daughter talk was fantastic. The best part is, whatever happens, Raven has a portal to the plot. Maybe we'll see her and Tai show up again, once she's figured her shit out.
Adam was in an interesting position. From what we've seen, and what Blake has said, he could probably take her and Sun without much issue, but they were surrounded by a small army. As for Salem, other than Lionheart she hasn't really punished anyone for failure. Not severely anyways. And Adam has a personal drive against the people holding one of the relics, so he'd make a good attack dog.Β
