Description
Here it is - the final stage Harq
It's a Vostoyan master crafted las-carbine. Such a weapon is given to the finest of Vostroyan field leaders. Uses standard battery but uses more power for more powerful shots therefore fires less shots per battery. Can serve sniper and melee weapon purposes. Download the hi-res for more detailed view. If you want me to post some more renders of it just let me know

Well, I'm still kind of a n00b on texturing so I used improvised methods and procedural texturing. Also, I made an experiment with the popular two-layer post works and it kind of went well, have a look [link]
As of this model, well, probably not. If I ever make another render of it - then maybe I'll add some damage, also I'll add more details that came into my head some time after I finished this one.

From what I've seen with Vostroyan weapon trends, they go more of a wooden furnishing look than white plastics. I love the way you imitate either the RL G43 or SVT 40 semi-autos.

That is correct sir. Vostroyan weapons are nothing like this one here. But if you take a walk in my gallery you will notice that I like to break the mold of the actual lore by modifying stuff here and there
Besides, what would be the point of creating something that already exist? I'd like to be more creative than just copying designs. Also I wanted that weapon to look more like Mosin Nagant M39, and please note that this is not just any vostroyan las-gun - It's an artificer weapon. Cheers!

Well to be frank, it really resembled a semi-auto rifle than the Mosin-Nagant aesthetics you wanted. The removable magazine resembles the SVT-40. I would like to recommend maybe a "las-lock" from the Gaunt's Ghost series? It matches the ceremonial nature and would resemble more of a bolt-action style weapon.

Perhaps my next lasgun-project will be even more like SVT-40 to make the difference even more obvious. If you have any other suggestions I'll be happy to read them as well

I love the way of the white wood, it's just gorgeous!
Looks really like a duelist weapons more than a battle weapon, so it exactly correspond to the noble chief of vostroya. Maybe just too impressive

Thanks, many of my friends told me to use white as the main color since it magically fitted the weapon from the early modelling stage
