Great stuff!
Just one thing. I think the lines should be a bit thinner on the hair, which is one of Joe's most outstanding features in his style, and it should be a bit finer so as not to dilude his style.
Other then that, perfect work.

That's the general consensus... will definitely be taking that into consideration when I ink another of his pieces... this was my first Mad piece.

Nice work, but I think you need to tighten things up a bit here, you're loosing some of the finesse of Joe Mad's work. I think this is most apparent on the hair.
It's good work, don't get me wrong, just thought you might appreciate a bit more fo a constructive critique than "Woot! That rox!"
I like the bold outlines on the individual characters, but these would make them pop more if the line weights were a bit lighter over the rest of the page.
