The Scientific Committee of Intelligent Minds (S.C.I.M) is a group of Intelligent minded individuals spanning from various worlds across the Fortress Hearts Universe. They are the brains responsible for inventing the ship that Caelan uses to travel from World to World before the Great Merge occured. They are also responsible for monitoring the Digital world of Tron or as it's called "The Grid" and upgrading Caelan's Keyblades to transform into other weapons he can use. In addition, SCIM is also responsible for documenting and researching the various species of Heartless and other enemies, making the Enemy Compendium. A large encyclopedia of the various enemies that Caelan encounters in the world(s).
