Description
Inspiration comes from so many different places. I started this one when I was listening to music. Go figure... I didn't want to do the film version, however. As much as I like the Phantom in the film, I couldn't resist the urge to design a cool tux, with a matching cape.
But he's definitely a Andrew Lloyd Webber Phantom. So here it is... enjoy!Photoshop 6; Painter 8
Update 7-27: I reworked the doves. Now they look less like Mustang P-51s!

I just happened to be singing songs from "Phantom Of the Opera" so I decided to search to see if there were any pictures and I saw yours. It's really dark and alluring... awesome lighting... very mysterious and enchanting. Wonderful job. I love the little bit of color on the rose.

hey, I'd rather have this phantom than the movie one. this one feels more loyal to the Leroux and Webber version. somehow, I think it's an unconscious tribute to Dracula as well.
