Concept:
Elves are associated with forest and so their conditions are the forests' condition. With the Elf's one leg was replaced with a mechanic leg, it means that an important part of the forest had been destroyed and replaced by something industrial/mechanic. It's an important part because it took the Elf's leg, the part that make the Elf stands. However, the Elf still lives and still trying to fix things and makes new beautiful things from the nature, in this case, flower crown of Daisies. Daisies means innocence or loyal love in flower language, therefore, they represents the innocence of the Elf that think everything can still be fixed despite the Elf's condition and loyal love to the nature itself.
