Although the lines are rough at some edges the whole picture looks really detailed.
I like how you worked the shades out and added many different shades in order to get a more realistic effect.
The way he smiles is simply beautiful. His lips are so well drawn. No, his whole face is captivating. Can't help but smile back.
You've also done a nice job on the feathers. Unlike the feathers he wears without fusions these are really long and look elegant.
I think it just suits him well to have these feathers because it also makes him look a little bit more graceful. Β
The water bubbles look nice, those light effects of them really make them look liquid. <3

This is stunning! First of all, I love this style. It takes a lot of talent, in my eyes, to be able to create a completed piece which is sharp and not completely neat, yet still looks amazing and shows that art can look just as beautiful without perfect strokes. I love the use of dark and light tones, too!
What finishes it for me as well are his eyes, smile and the bubble effects. With the first two, I feel like them combined really capture his personality so sweetly, and like he's smiling with more than just his mouth. As for the bubbles, they just look incredible, and are a suitable detail which finish it off! I just adore this so much, definitely keep it up!

Wow, this visual style of yours looks really refined in this drawing. Something about the really dark, thin strokes gives it an incredibly sharp appearance without being to 'clean and perfect'.
