The most iconic and known Egyptian God... Anubis; protector of the dead, also known as Inpu or Inp which actually means "to decay"
He's the one with the most knowledge in anatomy, mummification and, of course, the afterlife.
He's the son of Nephtys and Osiris or Nephtys and Seth and was later adopted and took care by Isis, because he helped her finding Osiris body, I believe.
The protector of the underworld and the one to decide the fate of the dead, by weighing their heart against Ma'at (the truth) to know if they're worthy entering the realm of death
