Eeee Radio! She was really fun to make too, I had a lot of fun with such a joyous character.
She always wears her collar! What the text reads:

Radio loves being with others and focuses more on the social interaction than the actual objective. She is confident, proud, and generally positive about situations and always looks for the way out that causes the least amount of harm. When she does get frustrated, though, it's generally caused by the situations that don't end happily for everyone, and can end up making a bigger mess by trying to fix it.
She's gifted in social interactions and gaining partners for her projects. She loves jumping into situations that she's sure will bring a benefit, but will immediately become reluctant when she sees chaos and the situation not going as planned.
Wears her collar to show her rank in the cat society.

In the story, they live in the land of media, which is a region that spited magic and eliminated it down to the last magician (or so they think) and titled themselves after the technology they wish to keep represented across their land. I'm glad you like it! Thank you!
