Oooo, new year, and what better than to start it than with Warriors and MS Paint!

I'VE LEARNED NOTHING

Aaaah, so I'm really sorry for not posting or commenting very much anymore, I hope to get active again soon. I love you guys so much though, and am really excited to start the new year and everything. ;w;

Sooo, I also did one of those art summary things and forgot to post it in December, but if you still wanna take a look at it, I saved it in my sta.sh

Perhaps I could have thought of a better title, but I'm pretty sure that's the only word Firestar could process in this particular scene.

He died by wounds they say, but...I am just, still amused from the idea of him being crushed by a tree---burning to death---being asphyxiated---etc. from that scene, it was so brief and undescriptive, I had skimmed through it so easily, hardly aware he was dead until Bramblestar was suddenly being named leader.

I still haven't touched the fifth series, perhaps if my library gets the books, but I haven't gone out of my way to get any of the books ever since The Last Hope.

Not all of The Last Hope was bad, but the disappointing death scenes and conclusion just made me have a hard time wanting to continue reading the series. Hollyleaf, Hawkfrost's and Tigerstar's pathetic death just made me lose hope on ever liking the series as much as I used to. I was already getting tired of them ruining the past canon in the super editions. I still love Warriors to this day, still tempted to start another AMV once in a while, it's just a little less likely now is all. I'm excited to start working on my original stories.

I don't know quiiiteee why I chose to draw this scene again. But I just couldn't get any other Warriors pictures to turn out, and the lineart went to smoothly for this one, I just had to finish it.

I kinda got progressively more negative as I slowly realized how much I lost with my old flash drive, until I just had a hard time drawing in general. I am now trying to make the best of it now and get all the things I owe finished, and I'm really sorry for the wait.

I need to start looking up references on cats again and relearn anatomy, heheh, but I'm actually pretty happy with how this turned out. It was fun drawing Firestar again.
