Not like the kind in Helven. The worst of those just have fangs and claws
the beasts of Keth can feed on your very life essence, drain your magic, consume your memories, and other arcane terrors
they're far more ancient than the creatures of Helven

I'll make a ref for the rules/boundaries of magic in a separate thing

Think of Keth's aesthetic as frigid wasteland with a hefty helping of dark academia and a sprinkle of ancient arcane ruins. (Magic circles carved into stone walls, runes, all that)
also the architecture is halfway between European gothic and elven steampunk

and only about a third of Kethics are born with magic internally.
