I use 7.0 as well, and sadly enough, they don't work.

when i try to use them it says i have the wrong version of adobe photoshop! what ps are they for? i have 7.0

They were created in CS and I'm still not sure why they aren't working in 7. There wasn't any feature used that isn't avaliable in 7.
