Description
Designed and folded from 24cm KamiA silly piece inspired by those who celebrate Christmas in the southern hemispheres. This is my entry for the origami forum's monthly challenge, for which this month's theme is "Christmas themed origami". I figured, since pretty much most standard subjects have been done already, I decided to go with something somewhat expressive in a silly situation. This snowman is half(volumetrically) of a 3D snowman with color change arms and nose. The tabletop I used as the background was glossy enough to reflect the overhead light, which I found to be like a conveniently placed sun.
Poor guy just got stuck in the wrong place at the wrong time. In any case, Merry Christmas everybody!
Update: Wooo! I won the December challenge so I'll get to judge January's challenge and decide the topic for February.

Ha, it reminds me of some of the snowmen from Calvin and Hobbes.
