Description
Folded from a 18" square of black UnryuToothless, the nightfury dragon from the How to Train Your Dragon movies.
Welp, I certainly didn't expect to design another dragon model, but Toothless is friggin adorable. It's been one of those models I had been meaning to try design since seeing the first movie but I just put it off until now. Toothless's design is built into a 32x32 grid all the while trying to squeeze in enough flaps for four legs, a detailed head, a huge wingspan, a tail, and even those tail flaps thingies found at both the base and end of the tail. As a result, a fair number of pleats packed away, but it's fairly manageable.
I tried my hand at folding him in a sitting position, a pose you don't see too much in origami dragons. Methyll cellulose applied to hold the details.

I have this funny feeling my wrists will hate you after this lol, but thanks. Although, is there anyway to alternate the lines to show which are m or v folds?
