Very nice, the Siren actress has also a very tranquil and peaceful look on her face fitting the armonious undersea habitat and in this version the background can be seen much clearer thanks to the lightblue color filters or layers

I think you should use other kind of filter next time.
Your picture looks more like painting, less like good photomanipulation.
But! If it should look like a painting - then it's great!
