(Havoc is my CP OC. I made her back in 2015 and she is a bit of a bitch. It's funny how close Rosie's outfit is to Havocs's. All that is really different is the hair style (plus the fact Rosie isn't a Millennium Wolf) and the eyes)

A green hoodie and jeans are not that original, anyone can wear them (especially in the Creepypasta universe where almost everyone has a hoodie of some sort). Plus you have a kangaroo pocket hoodie, while Rosie has a zipped one.
Rosie was not based on Havoc (I only heard of her when I was checking the DA creepypasta community recently) and I can easily see the difference between them - the hair, the mask, the tail etc. Believe me, no one will suggest they look the same.
