Here is Perceptor from Neos Mnestis.

Name: Perceptor
Nickname: None, and if you give him one he will kill you.
Age: 40 in Cybertronian standard.
Height: 30 feet (9.14 meters).
Gender: Mech.
City: Kalis .
Alt Mode: Cybertronian battle tank, similar to Shockwave's mode (formerly an electron microscope).
Faction: Autobot.
Function: Autobot Wrecker.
Weapons: He has a shoulder mounted cannon that is capable of obliterating a large, heavily armored mech. His servos transform into high-charge blasters, and an extra pair of hand-held blasters in his leg compartments. He also uses a sniper riffle and is an incredible shot.
Personality: He's argumentative and really, really, hard to get along with. Despite this he prefers to not be alone, so he tends to go pick a fight so he can be around others, even if it's just for repairs and he will totally still be cantankerous. He's not good at handling emotions and for the most part just gets inwardly confused and outwardly angry when he's feeling any strong emotion.
Likes:
- Fighting, it doesn't matter who or why or who's going to win.
- Secretly he enjoys reading.
- The Functional code.
Dislikes:
- Decepticons, weather or not they still identify with the faction (he does seem to turn a blind eye to the fact that Drift was one once).
- He considers femmes to be weak and useless for the most part, their only use is for maintaining their species.
- He believes that the Autobot code is all just a bunch of scrap.
- The fact the Cybertron has changed from a functional view to a preferential view.
Weakness:
- He's rash and can easily be tempted into a fight that even he knows he'll lose.
- He has an explosive, violent, temper.
- Bad at accepting change.

Attack: 10/10 Would you expect anything less from a destroyer tank.

History: Perceptor reluctantly joined the Autobots only after his older brother Magnificus joined with the Decepticons (Jazz used to joke that it was because the two couldn't stand being in the same faction), and even then he swore he wouldn't doing any fighting for the Prime. That all changed when his intelligence unit got caught in the middle of a battle. While trying to flee Perceptor caught a glimpse of a very familiar Destroyer Tank that was reeking havoc on the attacking Autobot troops. The sight of Magnificus distracted Perceptor just long enough for him to be caught by the Decepticon Overload, who then preceded to tare the intelligence agent apart.
After the monster of a Decepticon left the ragged mess he had made of Perceptor for dead, a training doctor named Firstaid literally stumbled over him. Although the damage was terrible, Firstaid was able to get the intel. bot back to the triage station and keep his spark from going out--though little else. Once the battle was over Perceptor was taken to a proper hospital and place in a RG (regeneration) tank for healing. Although his time in the RG tank went fairly smooth, Perceptor memory core supplied a mix between his original schismatics and those of his brother. So, upon emerging from the tank it was found that his microscope alt mode had been changed for that of a Destroyer Tank.
After this, Perceptor decides to join the Wreckers. It was soon noticed that he had a bit of an anger management problem. He got into more fights than most Wreckers and had a tendency to beat his aponit into the ground. In light of this, Ultra Magnus deployed him to moon base three, where he served under the command of Lieutenant RedALert.
When it became evident that the Decepticons would soon lay seize to the base nearly the whole Wrecker unit was stationed there under the command of Lieutenant Prowl, along with the special operation team, lead by Jazz. As it turns out, Magnificus had deserted the Decepticons some time ago with his close friend Deadlock--who changed his name to Drift-- and joined the Special Operations and Wreckers, respectively.
When the Decepticons finally ended the seize and made a full frontal attack, Lieutenant Prowl quickly realized the Autobtos would soon fall. So, he gave the order to abandon the moon. Magnificus sacrificed himself to insure that Perceptor had time to get escape the death trap that moon base three had become.
Relationships:
- Magnificus : Older brother who joined the Deceticons Justice Division. Later he deserted to the Autobots with his bond mate Deadlock. Perceptor always looked up to him as the perfect military alt, the bot he should be like to succeed in his function, even if he was just a science alt. Extinguished during the fall of moon base three.
- Drift : Formerly known as Deadlock. He's the only mech who seems to be able to tolerate Perceptor, though originally he only did it because Magnificus made him swear he would; now, he actually kind of cares about the younger mech's well being.
Extra:
- As a scientist in Kalis, Perceptor was involved with research on triple changing and assisted in some of the tests carried out on Astrotrain and his two sons Sandstorm and Springer.
- Originally served as as intelligence agent for the Autobots, before reformatting into a destroyer tank.
- In case you can't tell, he is rather chauvinistic.
