THE DEVICE
Created by Albedo from the original Ultimatrix, which in turn was created from modifications to the prototype of Azimuth's Omnitrix, before being destroyed in a battle with Malware.

FUNCTIONS
These are the main functions present in the Ultimatrix Mark II:
Transformation, Playlists, Alien Sheet, Evolution, Communicator, Translator, GPS, Galactic Encyclopedia, Defense Mode, Fashion, Scanner, Genetic Mode, Developer Mode

TRANSFORMATIONS
Transformations are driven by Codon Units. Each minute in an alien form consumes 1 Codon Unit (1C). Ultimate and Super Ultimate transformations consume a greater amount.

When the watch loses a large amount of Codons, it reverts the wearer to its original form, and automatically recharges by receiving more Codons from somewhere outside that Albedo wasn't able to figure out what it is. See the cost per minute in Codons for each transformation:
- Basic Transformation: 1C per minute
- Ultimate Transformation: 3C per minute
- Super Ultimate Transformation: 5C per minute.
The Ultimatrix has a maximum of 50C, and recharges 1C per minute in human form. It is possible to view the number of Codons on the watch display. Up to 100C remain inaccessible and stocked for life or death situations, where the clock's artificial intelligence will transform the user into the best transformation for the situation in question, regardless of which Playlist it is.

SIDE EFFECTS
Basic transformations have no side effects. Ultimate transformations, on the other hand, heat up the watch, and cause physical suffering throughout the wearer's body if he spends too much time in this form.
Super Ultimate forms are even more dangerous. Albedo advises Ben not to spend more than 5 minutes in a Super Ultimate form, or his human part will be destroyed inside the alien. Unfortunately, Ben rarely listens to Albedo when Earth's fate is at stake.
In both Ultimate and Super Ultimate forms, most of Ben's memories are suppressed, making him much more focused. After so many traumas that he went through, Ben likes to use the Ultimates to escape his own mind, but this ends up "strengthening" the aliens' instincts, and weakening his humanity.
This is the most powerful and wounded version of Ben Tennyson, and the challenges he will have to face are far greater than the universe's fate: his soul.

PLAYLISTS
There are 1,000,921 rational beings on the device, including newly scanned aliens (such as Whampire) and Omnitrix creations (such as Nanomech), and they are organized into playlists of 10 aliens, of which Ben has accessed only twelve either by accident or by exploring the clock. But he prefers to focus on 7 Playlists (containing the aliens seen in the Classical continuity, the new ones from Reboot, and some semi-canonical and non-canonical ones like Antigravitesla).

ALIEN SHEET
The Ultimatrix Mark II can display a data sheet on the powers, weaknesses and biology of each selected alien in the holographic projector.

EVOLUTION
It can enhance a species' DNA through genetic selection and enhancement by controlled mutations, within the worst-case scenario in a traumatic simulation that repeats itself millions of times in a fraction of a second. This allows the watch to upgrade the alien to its most powerful form, Ultimate, and also repeat the process for an even stronger and more dangerous version: Super Ultimate.

COMMUNICATOR
The Ultimatrix Mark II is connected to the Plumbers communication devices, very useful during the missions of the Reconquista, the great war of liberation of the Earth from its conqueror Vilgax, that already lasts 6 years.

TRANSLATOR
Through psychic waves, the Ultimatrix Mark II translates the languages around it into the user's mind.

GPS
The clock creates a planetary-scale map of the surroundings, but the signal isn't good enough for underground or lead-protected locations.

GALACTIC ENCYCLOPEDIA
Created by Plumbers since their formation, it contains information on most planets, beings, technologies and cultures. It's as big as the accumulation of all Wikipedia pages, and it's always expanding as new discoveries are made. A group of scientists from the most intelligent races decide what goes in and what goes out of the Encyclopedia, and it is rumored that they have been bribed by an evil force to manipulate the Plumbers' history and knowledge.

DEFENSE MODE
When the Ultimatrix Mark II needs to recharge after a long time performing transformations, Ben can use Defense Mode to have the watch create armor around Ben, with blades, shields and electric cannons.

FASHION
The Ultimatrix gives the user complete customization of the costumes used by their transformations, being able to program a pattern for all, or design variations for each. Weapons and equipment used by aliens come from the Plumbers' bases, and are sent to the user during transformation via matter teleportation.

SCANNER
Not only does it allow the Ultimatrix to collect a genetic sample from a new species, it also allows it to analyze a creature's DNA, looking for flaws, diseases, and generating a diagnosis.

GENETIC MODE
This function allows the user to manipulate the DNA of any creature on a cosmic scale, transforming any being into another, giving or removing abilities from other aliens. It's one of the functions Ben used the least, as not even Albedo was able to decipher most of Azimuth's codes.

DEVELOPER MODE
Using Galvanian math codes, this mode allows Ben to reprogram any Ultimatrix function. Most of the configurations were created by Azimuth, and not even Albedo was able to understand half of them. This is where you can unlock the Master Control.
