Description

At the palace of Argona in a long and empty golden hallway, arrived Carys the Goddess. ''Hmm... You like it Ginyu?'' She asked to her friend who was a guest inside her. ''Though it seems Argona isn't here, perhaps she is in her chambers...'' Recently, the Captain had lost his powerful body and was defeated. However, he was fortunate to make a friend in the powerful Goddess that was Carys, who had now agreed a private meeting with her Queen.

"CARYS!" Argona literally popped up in front of her from nothing, though she didn't look pleased.

''Your Grace!'' Carys bowed, smiling. When she arose, she noticed the expression. ''Something the matter my Queen?''

"... So who planned this private meeting? My loyal follower, or the body thief?"

''Me of course! I wanted to talk to you about those demons, I believe they should be systematically removed from the tournament, which would benefit the contestants and us!'' She then patted her belly slightly. ''Which is where my friend can come in to help, he is the anomaly in this equation!''

To keep up his appearance as Argona, Dark needs to act like her. In essence, Ginyu can be a very useful tool in Towa's demise but the goddess would just insult and mock the body thief, he would need to have Carys 'convince' Argona. "Though I do agree, that mongrel is also a present danger. Have you not thought about him using you, disguising his real intentions behind this 'friendship' between you two? One moment he could have you back, the next moment he could steal your body and kill you."

''No, he wouldn't do that! He has been betrayed by all his other allies, and the ones that did trust him are stuck in hell in Universe 7! I plan to help him! Think about it, the demons are a bigger threat to us, and Cara suspects that the gods are manipulating the outcomes, if she convinces others then the tournament is in danger of collapse!'' She then stepped closer to her boss and put her hands on her hips. ''Also, even when Ginyu restores his team, he would be less dangerous than the other big villains of the tournament as his main ability is just swapping. And he wouldn't betray me as we are friends, we are proving that mortals and gods can be friends!''

"Ugh, it's more complicated than that. You remember the original reason we put together this whole event, right Carys? To draw out all of our enemies to one place and dispatch them while getting all the artifacts, that's all. But... You really do trust this Ginyu, don't you? So much that you disobeyed an order from me to see him again..." Argona has overseen Save Kay 2 from the beginning, knowing of other threats and of what Ginyu has done. He never really did anything bad to Carys... at least, not yet. If anything, he helped her deal with Izyatt which was one of those threats.

''Well... It's just I've never had a mortal friend before and every villain and hero is part of a team, except for him who was weak and on his own. So, I think that everyone deserves a friend and a second chance.'' Carys replied. ''And I have given control of my body to him before too, and he didn't do anything bad!''

Argona turned away, to appear uncertain of her opinion of Ginyu. "You do have a point Carys..."

''Thank you your grace!'' Carys bowed. ''And I thought we are lacking in weak allies that are capable of meddling in the affairs of other mortals. The Elementals are outnumbered, if we are to double our chances, we can do so with a second team which is where Ginyu would come in. We help him revive his team, take down a common enemy in the demons, then afterwards he can help us defeat the Darkened!''

Facing her loyalist again, Argona nodded. "Fine then, I shall agree to... tolerate... this relationship if it means we get rid of common enemies."

''REALLY?'' Carys then hugged Argona tightly. ''Thank you! Thank you! Thank you your grace!''

Patting Carys on the head, the Goddess got out of the hug. "Now my most loyal follower, I am gonna have words with Ginyu in your body. However, this will be in private, so I shall put you to sleep for the time being."

''Oh? Hmm... I see....'' Carys didn't want to be excluded, however she had already achieved her goal in convincing her boss, so she accepted it, as she closed her eyes expecting some type of spell.

Wasting no time, Argona waved her hand to make Carys pass out on the spot. Merging more with Argona's power and body made it easier for Dark to use certain powers from her. "Wake up Ginyu, now."

A pulse was sent out across the hallway, as Carys's body jolted slightly before opening her eyes. ''Huh? What the hell happened just now?'' Carys voice sounded slightly grittier as she slowly stood up, before analyzing her own hands. ''Wait a second...'' He then noticed Argona. ''Who the heck are you again? Her god boss friend was it? I heard your conversation before this, but why give me control of her body?'' Ginyu noticed the familiar limitless energy he felt previously, different to being in other powerful bodies, this one felt... divine.

"If you overheard, then you know what must be done about Towa. I am aware of your hatred for her, and for Dark as well. You want to do something about it, yes?" Argona completely changed her tone, not speaking like she was previously.

''Yeah...'' Ginyu answered. ''I've been betrayed by both of them, supposed leaders who wouldn't hesitate to betray my loyalty with murdering me!'' The bitterness in his voice was obvious. ''I did plan to kill Towa, but lost my Saiyan body after only a day of having it! But with this body, it would be easy indeed!'' He flexed his new hands and muscles slightly.

It would be amusing for Ginyu to use Carys' body for his own benefit, but that also might attract unwanted attention which Dark didn't want. "Don't get used to it, we both can't afford you to do as you wish in Carys' body. Besides, aren't you both friends?"

''Of course we are friends! But we both have a common enemy like we both said, though Carys said she's not allowed to directly get involved in hand-to-hand combat with contestants. Though from what I have heard, it sounds like either of you are happy to bend the rules so long as it benefits you and your team. Now that's what I call loyalty to your crew!'' The thought of using Carys' body did cross Ginyu's mind, but he can't be honest in front of her boss, so playing it safe is still the best plan for now for his own gain.

Argona walked to Ginyu, smiling. "I'll make you an offer Ginyu, one you can't possibly refuse. Help me kill Towa, and I'll give you info on the recommended bodies to stuff the souls of the rest of your Ginyu Force in."

''Y-You will!? What do you mean? Bodies that would suit the ever-fantastic Ginyu Force? Why offer me such an advantage? I don't quite understand...''

"Lemme tell you a secret Ginyu, and this stays between us. I am not really Argona, just someone else in her body. But I am trying to help you get what you want, so there is no reason why you should question me especially since we have a common foe." That, and Dark was trying to find ways to stall for time more and more.

''YOU'RE WHAT?'' Ginyu leapt back in shock, and even summoned some strange aura of defense energy that he had a severe lack of control over. Calming down for a moment, Ginyu eyed the goddess up and down. ''So my trusted friend Carys doesn't know you're possessing her boss? Why would I keep such a secret from my friend? Will you tell me who are then too?''

If Dark is to reveal himself to Ginyu, he'll see him as an enemy just like Towa. Perhaps it is best to not reveal himself to him, and to get him to admit to his truth. "You won't know who I am, and you never will. But Ginyu, stop lying, we both know you're using her for your own benefit."

That seemed a good response to distract Ginyu from wanting to know the imposters true identity. ''Fine, I knew talking to gods would be hard to mask my true intentions. I wish Carys no ill will, but her powers and help are exactly what I need to restore my comrades. And I have been betrayed so many times now that they are the only ones I can ever truly trust. But... perhaps we can strike a deal after all. Though Carys is one of the most powerful beings in this universe correct? Is she not a threat to you?''

"She is, but I outrank her." Truth be told, Dark didn't know if he absorbed enough of Argona's power to kill Carys if he ever needed to, but it's safe to assume he can anyway. "My previous offer still stands captain, agree to dispose of Towa and I'll point out 4 bodies to restore your team into."

''Got yourself a deal there, though can you at least tell me why you hate Towa as much as me? I hoped to use Carys' body more, but if I can't keep it for longer then perhaps I will take her's.'' Ginyu made Carys' body smirked evilly.

"I'll let you use Carys' body for your confrontation with Towa, but for no longer than that. And if you plan to steal Towa's body, you better do it when you get outside of Carys'. But as to why I want her dead, well... telling you that info would give away who I am which I don't want."

''Then perhaps I should delay my revenge mission for a few days...'' Ginyu joked as he put his hands on Carys hips. ''It seems you are like me in some sense then. I know not to trust you with loyalty, you are simply using me in an effort to exploit a common goal for both of us. Though what if I were to give you one more gift in return for a future favor? Something even after you've helped me with my new bodies for my team?'' Ginyu then cautiously approached the dangerous goddess. ''How about when I steal Towa's body, I wish for her to be teleported here? Then you are safe to do as you please with her. Consider it my gift to you in exchange for a future undecided wish.''

"I appreciate the thought, however I must decline. Instead, kill her with her own body. Make her suffer, with all the work she did to get up to this point being stripped away from her, that is enough for me."

''So be it, I will most certainly enjoy killing her, that's for sure. Though doing it with her own body... hehe..'' Carys body licked her own lips. ''Yes, yes! She will suffer not only the fate of dying by my hands, but also her body will become my new permanent home forced to do the bidding of the great Captain Ginyu for the rest of my life! HAHAHA!'' Carys body then did a flawless Ginyu pose, expecting Argona's body to be impressed.

"Now if you're done relishing in that thought..." Argona then snapped, revealing holographic images of all 4 Elementals.

Ginyu then turned his attention to the images of the warriors. ''These four huh? What's so special about these guys?''

"Handpicked warriors from Argona herself, they are powerful in the manipulation of the element they wield. And, more powerful than the Ginyu Force, so claiming their bodies for them to be brought back in with make them much more powerful."

''Hmm... Interesting that's for sure...'' Ginyu eyed them with a critical gaze. ''Yes... Those bodies perfect for posing, they have strength, agility, and looks like flexibility too!'' He sounded impressed.

''I almost swapped Cara the demon under Towa's wing with Jeice in my last victory, though I can see if I instead switched my goals to these Elementals... Their bodies are used to working as a team, which is better than just four individuals... I like it...''

Argona smirked, having Ginyu in the palm of her hand. He himself is being used to stall more of the contest, which is ultimately good for Dark. "Excellent, though this secret stays between us. When you meet the Elementals, and if Carys shows up, act as if you do not know them. They are currently travelling in a group of 4, so they're easy to spot on the map Carys gave you all those days ago."

''But they are friends with Carys? If so, Carys will be suspicious when I defeat them and wish for their souls to replace my team's in Hell...''

"I am aware, but she'll still see that you are on her side. It doesn't matter, you'll win the fight and make your wish anyway to get your team back. Besides, she'll still blindly trust you anyway. Carys is friendly and has good intentions, but she's really REALLY dumb." Argona made light of Carys' blind following of Ginyu.

''I can't deny that, I was thinking the same thing. Though she has been very kind, I must admit she is easy to manipulate...'' Ginyu played with Carys' body's hair slightly, before adopting a confident stance. ''Is there anything else you wanted to talk about? Sounds like I should get to killing Towa. Though there are some problems with her new student, like did you know Cara is actually Cai?''

Argona nodded. "Yes, she was my concern but not anymore. Her body however, is. As much as I would like to elaborate on it, you must be going now. Can't afford KayRock suddenly coming back here and find out everything, then our plans would be ruined. Goodbye Ginyu, use Carys' body wisely in the fight with Towa." Argona once more snapped her fingers, sending Ginyu back to where Carys teleported them to the palace.

Now back on his own, Ginyu realized Carys was still sleeping in her own body. ''Oh this is interesting, thanks to Argona I have full control over Carys' body, though I have no idea how to use her powers...'' Ginyu then thought he should spend some time getting accustomed to being Carys before choosing to strike down Towa, it would be smart. ''She did alright, but now she's up against gods...'' Carys' body smirked in a sinister fashion once more.
