I don't know how to do it yourself, but I'm pretty sure there's some kind of machine for it. I don't think it's too expensive.

However, you could get them done on a site like cafepress.com and order them as you need them. You only need to upload the image to your account (you can get a free one - it's limited, but a good start). You can sell from there as well.

They actually look really damn different, for something done in lineart and all, and the different colour circles are very stylish - nice work!

If you have a pretty nice quality printer, you can buy blank sticker paper. Some come already shaped(say into 3x3 rows of circles or squares and all that) but you can also buy completely blank sheets at some craft stores and cut them out by hand.. OR you could get really high tech and get a circle punch in the scrapbooking section.

I had circular ones to print my logo on, but they didnt line up very well. So whole blank sheets would probably work best.

as for sticker or buttons you could check fed ex! lol they also print fairly good quality shirts!
