So. The face (especially the eyes) are near perfect, so is the anatomy and the hands.
The shading and lighting on the skin is also basically flawless, except that, I guess there could be a bit more shadow on the thumb.
The only real problem here would be the shadows on the clothes. See, shadows on cloth are usually distinct and sharp whereas these are rather blurry. I seem to say this a lot when I give advice but don't blend to much. You do well on the skin but shadows under clothing wrinkles should be blended only very scarcely.
The background works for this picture since it fits the colour palette and the most space is taken up by Ruby herself but if you use backgrounds like this too often and in pictures that are focused more on it, then it might get a little boring.

Yes, that's it. you don't necessarily need references, you could just study the way clothes in generell work. If you do that long and often enough, you'll be adding the wrinkelsΒ and shadows by instinct.
