Description
Actually got around to making a proper reference sheet for my baby since I figured it was due. So, here's GLADYS' new look, only slight changes in her markings, particularly her face (the markings were a bit awkward before, this is much more organised and neat) and the spot on her thighs is now round rather than oval. Darkened her grey a bit too. Everything else is the same.

Personality:
GLADYS is the kind of girl who you either like or don't get along with all. She is bitter and has a dark sense of humour, and she can be quick to either blatantly insult you or do it subtly. However, give her a chance to warm up to you and gain her trust, she is the most loyal creature you'll meet and can prove to be a useful asset in times of need. She is very independent and doesn't like people doing things for her.

GLADYS is hardly ever seen around others, preferring to be left alone for the most part. In her recent years though she has managed to strike up a companionship with another cyclot by the name of Dahlia, and after a rough first impression, the duo have become inseparable. You'll never hear her say it, but GLADYS deeply cares for her small friend and will personally tear shreds of anyone who dares hurt her in any way.

GLADYS has an affinity for science despite her upbringing, and has moved towards studying the portals the cyclots use to travel. Fascinated, she devotes her spare time to trying to develop her own portable portals that she could potentially use in future.

History:
GLADYS' harsh characteristics are likely a result from her less than desirable start to life. Born to captive parents in human research labs, GLADYS was constantly exposed to cruel experiments and ridiculous tests. Her mother was killed in her first few years of life after a test gone wrong, leaving the young cyclot and her deathly ill father to survive. There came a point where she and her dad were separated, and GLADYS was brought to her first proper experiment. Unable to deal with the loss and fear, GLADYS quickly discovered her abilities, using it on the scientists inevitably bringing the test to a halt and escaping.

GLADYS found her way from Earth to the cyclot home planet Alma-XII, but continued to live away from the major population. She did this for many years into early adulthood before she met Dahlia, and eventually moved to the neighbouring planet and joining up with the CandA; Pippi and Atreus.

Abilities:
GLADYS scores two abilities, her favourite being able to take over the mind and body of another being for a period of time. It has helped her get out of trouble numerous times throughout her life and is the reason she is no longer held as a test subject in the human laboratory. Her control is hard to fight off, many being useless against it and forced to do her bidding until she lets them go or looses control herself. She is unable to frequently use this ability as it can have serious effects on her mental health and functioning as it puts a tremendous amount of stress on her brain the longer she uses it. Effects can range from mild headaches to hallucinations to seizures.

Her second ability is applied to both herself and others around her in which she is able to bring the dead back to life, though she has yet to use it on herself. This means she is practically impossible to kill. She has only ever used this ability once and that was on an insect just so she could kill it again for biting her.

You can tell when she is using either ability as her pupil and the yellow 'eye' marking on her head glows vibrantly. Both produce a soft bioluminescence in low light. This is a result of the experiments.

Strengths and Weaknesses:
Along with her abilities, GLADYS is equipped with wits and a strong but agile build, not to mention her long claws and tail which is tipped in a sharp blade. Her spikes and tail blade are coated in a poison that when it is added to the bloodstream can drive a person or creature mad with hallucinations.

Her eyesight is exceptionally good, able to see long distances and make out even the finest details. However her hearing and sense of smell has greatly been affected from her early years being exposed to chemicals and extreme frequencies. This also affects her echolocation ability.

GLADYS is really bad at communication in many situations, unable to either feel empathy and read social cues or handle her own emotions. She is far from sensitive and can appear to be heartless and cold. When it comes to interacting with others, Dahlia is the one who does most of the talking.
