Two Siblings Fighting Over Something, And One Of Siblings Loses Their Temper And Hit The Other Sibling A Bit Hard, Once The Sibling Snaps Back Into Reality And Realise That They Did Something Dumb/Stupid. Does That Sound Like Abuse?. Clearly No. Plus You're Calling A 12 Year Old A Abuser. You Don't See The Difference Between Abuse and Losing You're Temper.
