Description
Chocolate sponge, buttercream and melted cooking chocolate.

I cut the tops off (with a SHARP knife, first mistake, I used a table knife, the first one was ok but the second fell apart) then scooped out the middle of the muffin with a teaspoon - it worked out, but I had to hold the muffin together to stop it falling apart, so I assume the sharp knife would have worked better in this case. I put buttercream in half of the hole then melted chocolate in the other, then propped the top back on and put a dab of buttercream ontop. Viola!

I'm really happy with how these came out!
