like I said in my comment on my other account, most draw the squad bases are created from pre-existing pictures of people, may the be celebrities, movie or video game characters, or just random people.

When I created this I made it from a picture of some guys from Supernatural, yes.
But the majority of "Draw the Squad" bases are created from previously existing photos of actors, random people in poses, etc.
I simply created this Draw the Squad base for people to have fun

I don't know if this is true or not, but this isn't an example of copy right
the artist has clearly appropriated the faces and style to match their own art style
if they did indeed use the pose from supernatural, then it would only be referencing, not copyright
perhaps they could have linked the picture and say they took inspiration from it if that's the case, but even so, this isn't a form of copyright
