Well, to be honest, you should work as a writer at the Warner Brothers. You sure can pull out a gag. I know so few people who can do that.
I recommend you to write your stuff on fanfiction. You'd probably make some darn good Looney Tunes and Tiny Toons stories. I can already see those OCs of yours crossing over with Taz-Mania!

Okay, parts that really made me laugh!
-Captain Shamus, he's just funny, especially the bit about dolls.
-Calling the shark a toothy tuna
-The part where Pinocchio showed up.
All in all, it was a pretty funny script, I had fun reading it.

Anyway, the EPA lady who got eaten by that shark sounds more like a member of PETA or HSUS than a government agent. Great script, though!

I wasn't entirely sure which it would be, but it doesn't really matter. If you'll notice, nobody ever actually says "EPA", it's just for the script, so in the context of the cartoon you wouldn't notice.
