Description
Kaitlin Kangaroo presents Lesser Known History of the World Unabridged.I'm aiming to use my historical nonsense in an animated segment for the show I'm producing, and I figured Kaitlin would be a good character to have present it. She is a librarian, after all, and she loves books, so she seems to fit the bill. I need to develop her character more, anyway...

Hey, when you work in a library all day, you tend to wind up being well-read...

Libraries are fun places. I've been known to walk down to my local library and spend hours there.

Yes, me too. I'm actually working on a novel right now. So if you ever go to the library and see a book called "The World Beyond", that's from me.

That sounds interesting... Judging by the name, I'm going to guess that it's either sci-fi or fantasy... or maybe some sort of metaphorical psychological thing... but my bet's still on one of the former, though.

Well, if you count post-apocalyptic fiction as Sci-Fi, then yes.

I would classify that as a sub-set of Sci-Fi, yes.

You know, you ought to color that. It would make it easier to make out all those nifty details.

I might do a remake, like "Fox and Troll" (actually, that one has three versions: 1986, 1991, and 2009).
Since this one was where it all really began, that Autumn day so long ago, a remake now, after "The Third Advancement," would be ideal!

What kind of show, and how is it coming along?

Well, thanks for the Watchification!
It's going to be a television cartoon program (comedy) someday. I'm aiming to put together a package to pitch to Warner's within the next couple of years.

STORY TIME! YAY!
I love the colors you used and the detail of the picture.
Anyway, what happened to colume 3?

Thank you. Also, I don't know about a "colume", but as for Volume 3, I just did that to mess with folks. Okay, not really. Actually, it got lumped in with volume 1; so for the sake of continuity I just jumped to four.

Yep, "Monsterpiece Theatre" was a parody of "Masterpiece Theatre", which is the sort of feel I was going for.

I remember my brother telling me about that, about how Alistair Cookie was a parody of Alistair Cooke. It was around the time he discovered there was a muppet wiki, got a lot of fun facts then.

Yeppers, the Muppets are always fun. Muppet Treasure Island was always one of my favorites; the songs in that one are a riot. I can also do a decent Swedish Chef impression, or so I've been told...
