Well, as for everyday wear... you'd just need teeth.
But if you're going for a costume effect, put more black on, some chains, studs. Then put some hair spray in your hair and make it messier. Get some eyeliner and put a little on to darken your eyes. Use white face powder (White Heat, Virgin Powder) to lighten your face and make you paler. And that's about it.

And even though I wear black sometimes, Im mostly into dark-colored clothes. I hav some hair gel(Short Sexy Hair-gel) and use it to make it look messy cause I look good w/ messy hair.xD
My skin's always pale.
