Second pic of the four main characters of my fanfic crossover. Made several versions of the picture with different effects, but finally decided to stick to this one. I'm up to chapter 8 and finished the part where the main heroes teams up and fight Grimm. Their cooperation is like Persona 4 (using this example, cuz of my cousin was playing Golden on his vita last night ). Ruby is the main leader like Yu and Coby and Garrett has the a similar relationship to Yosuke and Teddie when they talk, argue, and working together. Here's a long nutshell of the three in their fight against the Grimm.

Ruby quickly heads to Coby's shack and tries to convince him to help her stop the Grimm Epidemic, when smoke from Blut followed Ruby and spawned an army of different species of Grimm to kill Ruby. Ruby pleads to Coby as she fights for her life. Her words finally reached Coby and in knick of time, saves Ruby and the two combine forces of facing powerful Grimm that Ruby never heard or faced and subduing the grimmified civilians to prevent casualties. From above, Garrett Strider arrives with a Nevermore and joins the two. During their fight, Coby's and Garrett's relationship reminded Ruby of her and her relationship with Weiss and Yang. The two are polar opposites and seems that they are fighting each other, with Garrett annoying Coby and borrowing his stuff, but not returning them, but when looking closely, they are working together very well. As the two bicker, Coby uses Garrett's sunglasses to see the Grimm from his sides and behind and Garrett does the same with Coby's moving eyes. After the fight, the two are very glad to see each other and working together like the good old days and wrist bumps. On the next wave of Grimm, the three wasted their bullets on them and Coby and Garrett has a Grimm slaying contest they had back when they were students and Ruby joins in. They slaughter and subdue the Grimm, before Garrett, with the combination of Coby's explosive attacks and debris, finishes the wave when he uses his mighty strength to headbutt a Manticore to death and had it crush the remaining Grimm. Ruby stare in awe, while Coby rolls his eyes and mumbles that Garrett couldn't defeat the Manitcore without his help. He then states that, the kill count from the Manticore and killing the rest of the Grimm is 1. After the waves of Grimm, both Coby and Garrett has 69 kills and Ruby with 71. Coby tells Garrett how Ruby convinced him how he decided to help and Garrett tells Coby about Ruby's uncle. Shortly after, Ruby notices Coby's smile, which made him blush and Coby and Garrett starts to have a fight against each other. While Coby was pulling Garrett's cheeks and Garrett giving Coby a noogie, Ruby breaks up the fight and the two men quickly patches things up. When the guys wrist bumps, Ruby asks the two just how close they are and Garrett said they were close as brothers and went to Coby's shack for supplies.
