The picture this vector was based on was done by Udon Crew, and they were hired to do the artwork for the HD Remix of SF2, so that explains that.

you can't. you have to vector them by hand.

You have to use the pen tooll abd create shapes with it, and use anchors to manipulate it. Look up a tutorial on Google for vectoriing shapes in Photoshop.

I didn't do it in Illustrator CS2. I did it in Photoshop CS2.

A very impressive and detail portrayal of your skills as a digital aritst. The representation of his posture and the stye of colour and detail work excellently on this piece of work and truly express a real feel of energy and power.
