Godric
- Hmm, doesn't that fellow look rather familiar?

Aideen
- A petite she-wolf, the only child born of her parents' final litter. She has many siblings from other litters, including Siobahn.
- Care-free to the point of recklessness, charming but tempestuous and dramatic. Tended toward manipulation, but she herself felt at the mercy of others, constantly seeking validation and excitement.
- Wanted to be a herbalist when she grew up, but didn't have the persistence necessary to learn.
- Married her childhood sweetheart just after she had turned 2. Grew bored of him almost immediately.
- Had her first litter of pups with him when she was 3. Was blissfully happy again, with her new little family, for a grand total of 5 months. She then began to find her life unbearably boring
- Contented herself with a series of flings, which her husband suspected but never confronted her about.
- Alternated between lavishing her children with affection and neglecting them. Their father, a much more stable presence, did much of the child-rearing.
- Met Godric, and began a slightly longer affair with him. Fell hopelessly in love with him, and fervently hoped that he would leave his own mate, Dianna, and daughters, Margo and Maggie, to be with her.
- Imagined that her life would be perfect again.
- When she realized she was pregnant, began to pressure Godric to leave Dianna once and for all, and was cut off for her trouble.
- No longer able to hide the affair, she came clean to her mate, who similarly cut her off. Her now-teenaged children sided with him.
- Her older sister Siobahn was one of the few wolves with which she hadn't burnt all of her bridges, and took her in.
- Aideen confined herself to their den, consumed in self-pity. She was ill throughout her pregnancy, and took to eating very little. Siobahn took care of her during this time.
- Had her three pups prematurely, and died several days later.
- She had refused to name them.
- She was 4 years old at the time of her death, about to turn 5 in a few weeks.
