In the fading light of summer, the sentinels of Taika head in from a day of training. Although they have been inducted into the non-violent ways of their new pack, old habits die hard, especially among those who counted themselves among the Tundes guardians. Still, their increasingly infrequent drills are only the faintest echo of those days. Only time will tell whether or not it will be enough to keep the pack safe, but for now it is enough.
