I haven't been very active in the Steven Universe fandom for a while, but lately I've been feeling the urge to make another gemsona - because gems are beyond cool and their designs leave lots of room for creativity. This is Celestine.

Pronouns: She/her
Height: 6'6"
Allegiance: Blue Diamond
Preferences: Asexual
Origin: Off-world Kindergarten
Occupation: Spy for the Diamond Authority. Uses her abilities to catch malcontents in gem society and to punish illegal activity, such as illegitimate fusion.

Weapon:
Celestine's halos are sharp at the edges, and she will wield them in battle. She can also expand and constrict them at will, and will attempt to subdue an opponent by throwing rings around their limbs and pulling them taut. Although this will usually only incapacitate a gem, she can cause serious injury to organic life-forms (breaking bones, etc. Cele also doesn't understand that humans need to breathe, and has accidentally strangled more than one person by ringing them around the neck.)

Abilities:
- Celestine also has the unique ability to conjure interdimensional portals through her halos. By jumping through one, she can disappear and immediately reappear in a different location. This ability is limited in that she can only travel to places that she has been before. The distance involved is also a factor - jumping a few meters or even a few miles would be quite effortless for her, but the exertion of trying to portal from Earth back to Homeworld might break her. At the very least, it would require her to retreat back into her gem for a long time to recuperate.
- Although Celestine typically walks from place to place, she can produce rings around her feet that spin like wheels, enabling her to move at speed.
- Celestine can change her appearance to resemble that of another gem - body, coloration, voice and everything. However, she cannot change the shape and placement of her own gemstone. She also cannot duplicate another gem's unique abilities. The illusion takes concentration, and she will drop the disguise if she loses focus.

Personality:
- Cool, aloof, and calculating. Has a sociopathic lack of empathy for others. Rarely shows emotion, and many gems believe that she doesn't feel any.
- Usually acts out of self-interest. Celestine obeys the Diamonds not out of loyalty, but because she recognizes that it's in her best interest to do so.

Notes:
- Celestine only has one eye. No, there isn't a second one hidden under her hair and halo.
