Description There was a lot of stuff, wasn't there? Anyway, on top of those unused characters were a few more random things I had drawn or edited up; After the various changes made to other pre-existing cast, Chun Li and Blanka had been left out in terms of visual upgrades, which the first two frames were proposed samples for to do down the line. Haggar was mostly an attempt to adjust his scaling, as he actually comes off as taller than Sagat in his current sprite set. Adon and Gen were never anything beyond concept sprites, with Adon's second sprite testing out what it may look like if he kept a more legitimate NES styled palette.
The reason why these Zangief portraits didn't see any usage is because they didn't fit in with the rest of the set; being based on his SSF2 portrait, they clashed too much with the more straightforward and static SF2 portraits the rest of the cast had. The mini SSF2NES portrait was a take on a possible program icon last I check. Nice to look at, but not very practical.
