Description
While the original rom hacks tended to cover a decent amount of ground, there was a need to fill in a few gaps here and there that could not fit in due to space limitations. In addition, there were some moves that were desired, but actually came from later titles or other parts of the series and thus would definitely not be available. Dhalsim and Ken's mashable throws would fit in the latter section, while Sagat's new frames come from moves that would not appear till many years later in the SF4 series.
