Another WIP, I've got to start holding my water until I colour them, but IDK, I guess I'd rather solve the problems at this stage than have to do it after I colour and commit, so please, rip me to pieces :]That said, just another drawing of Reyna from my WIP fantasy comic here instead of the barbarian: Thrug because I can't seem to go for very long without drawing a lady person.
[edit] Little more meat on her bones and a little more colour in her cheeks... and shirt... thinking about giving her some face paint, which will likely go through multiple revisions before I finish, as always, feel free to comment and offer advice where you can.

Flats done :] splitting my time between this and the Tarnius picture, this one is far more relaxing though.
[edit]Ok, tones... I just remembered that I was supposed to try some other warpaints.. but I forgot... I might try it later on...
Im trying out some new techniques with this colouring lark... what do you guys think? I'm still trying to find my feet

I really like where you're going with the shading. My only advice would be to put either more shadow or a little highlight of some kind on her back up near where it intersects her arm... if that makes sense. Sort of near her lateralus (sp? lats, I can't spell today), I guess. Anyway, looking great!

Don't be daft, I've seen your work, every artist gets block every now and again, go to what you're comfertable with and start knocking out loose sketches (at which you excel) of knights and the like, wearing great helms to save you from the annoyance of faces, rattle out a handfull of them just until you get your groove back.

I think what has happened is that you've worked yourself up over it so that you feel under pressure when you draw and that stress makes you bork, that's how it was with me at any rate, if you relax you can do it! 8D

Oho! She just looks better and better! 
I really like this curvier version of Reyna. Her proportions are more realistic, but it suits her well. I think ~curtsibling summed up what I was going to say. Her pose and expression are both great- she seems like she's just about to say something important.
Can't wait to see this one finished!

The face is a treat as ever, and the general pose is
dynamic, looking like she is telling her companions
the coast is clear, etc.
My only crit?
Her arms are still a wee bit thin, as a sword-fighter like this gal would have slightly greater muscle mass.
(not manlike or huge, I am thinking athletic and sleek)
All in all, I would say your powers are increasing!

you bulk the arms out, it will balance everything out.
